How employees describe working at Driveline Retail Merchandising

I have a great time working with driveline I just wish there was better pay

Low hourly wage, requires unpaid hours to finish projects, horrible coordination with Dollar General on timing of resets, cut ins, & other changes.

They have surprised me a few times.

The regionals and district managers have to work together closely to get anything done

We don't have teams we are lonely little creatures who occasionally bump into each other and either get excited or start hissing like fighting cats

  • They do a background check but no drug testing to my knowledge. Myself & several others were not required to take one, although prepared to do so since it states that on their website. I'm not sure if they have since started enforcing that or not.

  • Worry about your schedule, how much work can you reqlly do in one day. More worry if you will be able to even get to your POGS or the needed supplies for whatever project you are doing. Lots of aggravation. That isn't paid for. You move your schedule around and none of it is on the clock. I print paperwork, fill out my paperwork all at home.
