It's a great company if you need a flexible schedule. It's absolute trash when it comes to the pay you receive. No raises. Lack of consistency in hours worked. Some weeks you'll have 40 plus whereas some others you'll have 2.

I have a great time working with driveline I just wish there was better pay
Low hourly wage, requires unpaid hours to finish projects, horrible coordination with Dollar General on timing of resets, cut ins, & other changes.
They have surprised me a few times.
The regionals and district managers have to work together closely to get anything done

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Driveline Retail Merchandising?
I didn't meet with anyone in person. I spoke with the district manager once after I submitted my application on the company's website. She emailed me information to fill out for my background check which took about a week & I started working the following week.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Driveline Retail Merchandising asks?
Do you have reliable transportation? Do you have any merchandising or planogram reading experience? (Not that it matters much) Do you have a smartphone &/or digital camera & access to a printer. Do you have experience using small hand tools? Can you lift at least 25 lbs repeatedly?
How flexible is your work schedule at Driveline Retail Merchandising?
Pretty flexible as projects can be moved to different days & weeks depending on the due date. There's also no real set hours as you can work whenever the specific store is open, depending on individual management.
How innovative is Driveline Retail Merchandising?
They're definitely not first in their field.
