What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Having a relatively flexible schedule.
What did you like most about the interview process?Got hired with some great coaching.
What are some of the best things about your team? The regionals and district managers have to work together closely to get anything done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Constant complaints of reps not doing the job or starting a project and leaving it unfinished. No repercussions for reps that lie about completed work. Bad reps are being praised while good reps are being let go. Need a better system for quality employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We are the lowest paid merchandisers out of all the companies out there. They want to claim our pay and raises are based on work completed as a company but yet refuse to fire the ones lying about doing their jobs. Pay increases and regular raises are NEEDED
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team, if they exist, needs to assert themselves and take an active role in directing those of us in the field to better implement Driveline's goals.
