Driveline Retail Merchandising Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm not sure I haven't heard of it

just being able to work

I'll be honest, I wasn't aware of any benefits when i applied originally, so I'm thankful for that! Very thankful. I think the hourly wage and training could be better. And i wasnt even aware of any stock or equity compensation. Im pretty lost in alot of areas of this whole experience

I dont know I cant get into my benefits

Dental insurance that I'm offered

I don't know for sure yet, haven't set up for benefits yet. Plan to rhough

NEW EMPLOYEE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THESE YET

Don’t know yet I haven’t been there that l

I don't receive any compensation packages

Retirement plan and the 401k.

I have no compensation package by choice.

I have dental and it is priced wellllll

Low pay dental insurance is nice

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are the lowest paid merchandisers out of all the companies out there. They want to claim our pay and raises are based on work completed as a company but yet refuse to fire the ones lying about doing their jobs. Pay increases and regular raises are NEEDED

If they would give hourlys a raise based on work and time vested in the company. And not shutting us down from working for months at a time with no notice.

Haven’t got paid the compensati

Review from Sales Dept

I feel we should be able to get pd for the entire time we work instead of the minutes they allow because some jobs take longer than others if you are compassionate about the way you are doing your job.

I haven't had a raise since I got hired there 2 1/2 years ago and when I complained about unfair wage practices my coworkers got raises and I did not

Having to repeatly ask for an increase every anniversary and not getting one, even if my oerformance is excellant.

Low pay and no benefits for p/t workers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Raise requests answered in designated time...and better milage compensation

10.00 an hour is robbery

Cause you dont get paid for all hours worked and others get paid for hours not worked

It would be nice to get a raise occasionally.

I would have Felt bettet about my position had I been compensated for all I did for the company.

I would Love to be paid what i'm Wörth. I also loved doing what I did for everyone and all of my other duties

no appreciation no value, rep need better wages

For my pay to be raised as the economy is

If we got more hourly paid or were able to get overtime

Higher pay and better mileage

Paid for what i do. Having to fix other mistakes keeping in a certain area as promised

I didn't get compensated at all for that trip they only made everything worse they get me all the way up there to leave me hanging dry and give me $3.20 pay several days later they my direct deposit

Pay your hourly people more. The CEO is a millionaire but your reps make minimum wage.
