Driveline Retail Merchandising Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My dm is thorough quick and to the point she knows who does good and who doesn't and topically feels the same about the company as I do that sometimes it's worth the stress other times it's almost worth it to quit

Review from Product Dept

My team leader is organized.

I have only spoke to my direct DM and only met her ger twice but she is very laid back and understanding

Review from Operations Dept

Just getting to work with others and see how they go, they do things differently

They are great, they never bother me as long as the work gets done!! They are ALWAYS there when I have an issue!!

Review from Marketing Dept

Manager is absolutely amazing thanks

Working with me and understanding me

Go in when you want

Everything. Everybody is real nice to

I'm very please with the way that they keep me in the loop

Review from Product Dept

Talking to them is so easy to do and keeps me feeling positive about work regardless what the issue is. I definitely feel comfortable keeping them updated about everything work related because of how positive the feedback is to my issues. Most definitely the best!!

Overall it's an outstanding company to work for

Everyone gets along and we work fast together

They communicate regularly and effectively and do not exert overbearing authority over their subordinates but investigate and problem solve instead

Can work at your own pace, also make your own schedule.

Great reponse time and support

As far as my manager shes grreat & very understanding

Always there for you when you need them

They are clear and concise with instructions and care about the team and advancement

They are always there to help

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team, if they exist, needs to assert themselves and take an active role in directing those of us in the field to better implement Driveline's goals.

Everything that a team needs

Review from Sales Dept

Returning calls and emails from their workers.

Morale, culture, encouragement, recognition and support

Communication is non existant, most of the time you have no idea why something is being done.

They better start screening the people they hire. Increase the pay and make sure employees aren't working off the clock.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Senority of an employee stickingbit out should not promote them to authorative positions. Not everyone Is managemnet material

The leadership team is rude, unprofessional, condescending, and ineffective. No hourly employee deserves to be treated poorly but your management seems to think otherwise.

To return phone calls number one number two when the employee is trying to get to the job to help them get to the job if they miss their car up They Don't Care About Us we're just a number

Communication and their hiring process.

Better pay, 10 an hour is NOT enough. Better treatment of employees.

Taking care of famlies and the time there awY from home

Communication, answer the phone when a rep calls.

The whole list or top 10

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communicating with field merchandisers, knowledge of their area/district, expectations are high with very little appreciation

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership is either all in and down your throat or not there at all.

Review from Marketing Dept

There needs to be not such a big turnover of district managers. You are tossed from district manager to district manager. I have been there 5 years without one raise from the company.

Review from Marketing Dept

Communication. On top of that you hardly get any work

Review from Product Dept

Value your good experienced reps who are in the field getting the job done AND picking up the balls dropped by the inexperienced new hires. Be willing to pay for experience and performance. Too many really good reps leave for better opportunities and get replaced with a long string of newbies.

Review from Customer Support Dept

When an employee goes on leave (medical) and is released by medical doctor do not make the employee wait two weeks to get a schedule. I have experienced this twice since I have been employed with Driveline. You have to jump through more hoops than when you are first hired.
