What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better pay and better dms

They hired people as temps that have never done. Shouldnt have to baby sit

Treat your employees like you really value them and not ignore them. Happy employees lead to greater results

Review from Operations Dept

buy out dismantle the company.

Temps and hourly employes dont work

Get more qualified workers. Really

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better pay, better and clearer workorders, treat your employees like they matter

The stores they send us to aren't prepared

Hirimg dependable people . People that know what it means ttp work and do the job roght

In crease pay. Listen to Middle management. Equalize work load.

Make POG and instructions more accurate. Make upc on POG match Upc on product. I know most of it is out of Drivelines control and is the store that is at fault but it would be great if someone would tell them.

We need better training. Store managers need to understand that we have specific jobs and cannot cater to them. We need better instructions. We need more stable hours.

Review from Marketing Dept

A RAISE! I am tired of asking & getting no where.

Review from Marketing Dept

Better pay. Be more considerate of their workers. Stop valuing work plans over the lives of workers.

Review from Product Dept

When you pay people minimum wage and require them to use personal vehicles and buy their own uniforms and name badges , most will just collect a pay check. Not work with pride.

Review from Sales Dept

Being consistent with giving hours

Review from Operations Dept

There are many things that need improved. The pay needs improved to be able to have a chance for a raise after working so long.

Review from Operations Dept

Ready for a change because management is not reliable as far as trust or honesty

Review from Sales Dept

They don't value the employees they do have or compensate fairly. In general training is non existent which makes for high turnover. Management will often move a project without notice & there's no real incentive for veteran employees.

What do you like best about your company?

Their overall flexability with scheduling.
