My dm is thorough quick and to the point she knows who does good and who doesn't and topically feels the same about the company as I do that sometimes it's worth the stress other times it's almost worth it to quit

What is the best part about your compensation package?
decent pay and mileage pay
I'm not sure I haven't heard of it
just being able to work
I'll be honest, I wasn't aware of any benefits when i applied originally, so I'm thankful for that! Very thankful. I think the hourly wage and training could be better. And i wasnt even aware of any stock or equity compensation. Im pretty lost in alot of areas of this whole experience

What are some of the best things about your team?
The regionals and district managers have to work together closely to get anything done
We don't have teams we are lonely little creatures who occasionally bump into each other and either get excited or start hissing like fighting cats

satisfying store management with my sets and displays looking so nice
Having a relatively flexible schedule.
My team builds each other up.
The emoloyees that work at every store i been in are the most himble and down to earth people i have ever dealt with while being a merchandiser
