When an employee goes on leave (medical) and is released by medical doctor do not make the employee wait two weeks to get a schedule. I have experienced this twice since I have been employed with Driveline. You have to jump through more hoops than when you are first hired.

The team I work with the most are a group of great ladies. Some of them work slower than others but when we have team projects we pull together and get the project done. Everyone gets the same amount of time for the project even though sometimes one/two people may do more.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

More pay. Driveline is the lowest paying merchandising company. I went four years before getting my first pay raise and then it was less than 3%. My annivery date is close to the end of the year. The only reason I got the first one was because I had a different DM.
