Working with like-minded individuals who help push you toward your goal and make the day go by faster, is the biggest positive. Also being able to help people with our product.

My co-workers are amazing. Everyone is really looking out for each other, even though its a commission plan. People do their best to help each other out. The co-workers are what really make Eargo a great place to work.

In the past, I loved how they really took the time to listen to their employees. But again lately, they don't consider or involve us in any changes. They are constantly changing things with a days notice, expecting us to adapt quickly or leave.
Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?
The clients are not being supported. The sales team has been increasing and being pushed for more goals. While the Client Care team isn't receiving anywhere close to the same attention. Our clients are constantly reviewing negatively because of their poor experience with support.
