  • No you us it or lose it by January each year

  • It is based on seniority, if new 1-5 years you will have last pick of vacations you can never plan ahead.

    Not flexible at all

  • If you work in manufacturing with mandatory overtime there is no flexibility. Plan on being there plus on your days off.

  • Some are great others you have to watch take lots of pictures and document everthing.

  • The current atmosphere is a college fraternity, lots of issues with job consistency, company guidelines for when and how to fix the issues obscure and discipline is only held to those without seniority. You have to gain a strong skin, document everything and watch your back, job has a lack of team connectivity as well.

    Long drawn out. As many as 4 meeting. In front of panel of 4 people. If 1 oppose you have no chance

  • The interview with Frito was with two people, the zone business manager and a district sales leader both asking questions that are scenario based randomly, and you are asked questions about past job experiences.

    A very large fraternity, or a high school, often senority is king and if your New to the company regardless of previous experience you are treated unfairly. The company uses seniority to discriminate against employees. It's a culture where you have to watch your back at all times to protect your livelihood.

  • Segregated, it's like being in high school, with the insanity of college dorm life.
