They are here for me when natural disasters come around. Get me and my family hotel rooms to make sure we are safe.
My supervisor is really cool. My lead is too. When you go above them things get shady and don't even bother with HR
They are always driving forward, whether it is pushing KPI's or innovating, they remove obstacles that sometimes people will never see.
genuinely seem like they care
The leadership allows you to make judgment calls that are needed for day to day business.
Rotating force schedules so that it does not ALWAYS fall on the same shift or not be AGAINST jumping in to help from time to time
Hiring , retention, treat people with respect
Understanding how frito-lays works and efficiently executing it.
No support, no information giving until the last minute, expect much but receive nothing in return.
Stop the demanding schedules. You think we were sending a man to the moon, we're just making potato chips!!
I was able to finally get a 401k going
Phenomenal insurance package in every aspect.
The benefits are really good
Getting paid weekly but the insurance snt that good
I satisfied , truly believe in my hard work .
Healthcare for my son with downes syndrome
The ability to grow is paramount in any industry. It is tough to receive more responsibility for the same amount of pay. My recommendation would be to advance the employees that bring value regardless of their origin within the company. Base it on merit, not on background.
They set too high plans that are a challege
Frito Lay doesn't care about the employees that actually make the company money....
Review from Sales Dept
I feel that everyones decisions effects the frontline worker but the frontline worker is the only one held responsible for those decisions.
Team work amongst the workers is there , not amongst the team leads and shift leads
The ones that care about the job stick together
We don’t really see coworkers, we have different schedule and locatio
We all work together and we get the job done and make the customers happy as long as our wallets.
The people come together to make a broken system work. It is a difficult environment without accountability, but the team's sacrifice and responsibility make up for the laissez-faire conditions.
Stop being lazy and relying on the next guy to do the work. Show support or insight to do something better another way or show how to. Without critisizme
Put in a little more effort in their work. Perhaps do things the proper way.
We work together well upper management does not intersct well with us
Every time i went to work it was a maga rally the people were really confrontational and toxic i witnessed a couple fights. It was very high stress
Treat every employee with respect . Ever since i said i have a life changing chip idea i was treated different and laughed at
Calm atmosphere for everyone. Friendly atmosphere also . I would like to say that best and easy way to do our best work .
you work alone no one to follow you around or spying on you
Review from Sales Dept
the ability to be trusted to complete your day to day duties while being by yourself,
Everyones willingness to do better as a business
The day we receieve payment
Too much "on demand" schedules.
no more tag-teaming and touching weenises
Get a diffrrent pay structure then performance pay. Make the job a place better quality people woukd apply at.
40 hour work week with true overtime.
The culture needs to change to better align frontline work incentives witg management incentives.
This has nothing to do with the work/life balance that is needed
Freindly conversation but seems phony a little
It was done online so I didn't have to leave my house
The mamagers we friendly and understanding
the fact that you get interviewed by two people with different ideas
Drop the third party hiring company
Would be nice if they stopped lying to people about their pay. Be more honest on how much people really make working with the company
Not lie to them about how the pay for performance works. New employees most asked wuestion is how do they get paid and how much!
Stop all the racial discrimination process and questions they ask in interviews and it shouldn't take 2 trys to be able to get the job
Call in the old timers to do the interview
Everybody showing up and doing their job. Everything not breaking down constantly. Not being forced against my will to work overtime
The ability to learn new things. There is always opportunity to pick up additional knowledge and responsibilities. You just will not be compensated for it.
Socializing with customers and getting my job accomplished
I love field work , and learning everyday
the communication with customers and stores
Consumers switching from poor eating to healthy eating which F/L products are not healthy eating items.
Fair and equally disturbing work loads
Support to frontline employees. We lack support or motivation to continue to do and good job because sucsess is under celibrated and only met with bigger hurddles further down the road.
it's a company that spent years treating employees like they were disposable. talent retention took a huge hit as well as being unable to attract new talent. without a good support team, more talent leaves.
Quit changing the work schedule every hour and allow crewing if they dont like someone they will do whatever they can to cause them points or be no calls for ddl points! If your forcing employees to Work overtime! It should be posted at the beginning of the shift the day before not every 5 mins
