Investing on new hires not on veterans

Team of people helping me get in the door

They are paying for my college, listening to me, and looking out for me. I'm grateful. They want me to succeed.

They are strongly encouraged of quality of how you interact with the coworkers and staff

That we never give up in any situation that occurs

Theres little positivity in the building, when you hear people talking its always a negative feed back about their route or something the company did.

Not really much of anything

They are always aiming to so better

Good pay and benefits when you are able to take advantage of them. Great benefits for your future if you survive long enough to use them. We used to have a good mental health program, but now its gone and the new one is the pits, but many other good things. Shame most of the time you don't know.

Nothing positive at all peroid .

Everything from the roo yo the bottom

Review from Sales Dept

Consider the front line workers, stop giving away profits to places that have nothing to do woth us

Upper management not treating frontline employees with blatant disdain. Also, a decrease in toxic masculinity would go a long way toward a better culture.
