Frito-Lay Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people come together to make a broken system work. It is a difficult environment without accountability, but the team's sacrifice and responsibility make up for the laissez-faire conditions.

Everyone talk each issues in meeting and helping others with best advice .

work as a team, help each other out, always there to listen

Review from Sales Dept

the communication and the ability to speak without fear of retaliation

They are helpful if asked

The friendships built outside of work

We pride ourselves in providing superior job performance

We all work as a team

we work together well, without the need for management

They are helpful to me.

They are always willong to help

We all work together to get daily task done as well as solve issues. We support each other and help where ever we can.

If you need help almost any team member will help whenever if they are at all able to. They actually care and ask about you when you are out or something is going on.

We all communicate and help each other

Experience leadership and quality team

Review from Sales Dept

Interactive let all speak and partake

Our team is Inclusive and diverse

Great hard workers care about what they do

They all work their hardest with the time and resources allowed.

When there is a task put before us we generally see it through with great sucess

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop being lazy and relying on the next guy to do the work. Show support or insight to do something better another way or show how to. Without critisizme

Put in a little more effort in their work. Perhaps do things the proper way.

We work together well upper management does not intersct well with us

Every time i went to work it was a maga rally the people were really confrontational and toxic i witnessed a couple fights. It was very high stress

Treat every employee with respect . Ever since i said i have a life changing chip idea i was treated different and laughed at

Procedures need to be followed and enforced regularly.

Review from Product Dept

Not the coworkers the CEO and the board

Lose the childish games and learn to encourage each other and team work

Review from Sales Dept

Paying attention to when something stops working

Our training is a joke. We are given 6 weeks on 1 route that is typically super easy. Then thrown on the hardest routes with no support.

Low morale is not conducive to a quality work environment. No one feels heard or appreciated. A management team that treats us like human beings rather than beasts of burden would go a long way toward improving the environment.

It’s really management that’s the issue but the workers are uninspired ruining stores before you get to them. Secondary routes were a night

They need to improve on their time management and communication skills

Review from Operations Dept

I work in the field and not much communication with co workers

Review from Sales Dept

Better communication and better teamwork. Needs to be more comridity

Review from Product Dept

Teamwork is good, but between shifts communication is lacking and courtesy to others also could be improved

Review from Operations Dept

It's rs like working with teenagers. Everybody is in everyone's business. You can't trust anyone.
