Frito-Lay Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Everybody showing up and doing their job. Everything not breaking down constantly. Not being forced against my will to work overtime

The ability to learn new things. There is always opportunity to pick up additional knowledge and responsibilities. You just will not be compensated for it.

Socializing with customers and getting my job accomplished

I love field work , and learning everyday

the communication with customers and stores

Money makes me happy to work

Finishing the day without meetings

Finishing hard tasks that are challenging

When supervision compliments your performance

That I have a second chance in life

Great people great company and happy

Review from Sales Dept

Freedom to do job the way I see best

Review from Sales Dept

Being allowed to be focused in my lane. No customer interaction.

Flexibility of responsibilities and work schedule

Coworkers, my direct manager, double time pay for overtime!

The open door policy that I have with my logistics manager.

My coworkers and my customers

Seeing friendly faces and knowing you can count on others for help.

Review from Operations Dept

When it is time to go home

How fast time goes by because there is not enough time in the day to get done at a reasonable time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Fair and equally disturbing work loads

Support to frontline employees. We lack support or motivation to continue to do and good job because sucsess is under celibrated and only met with bigger hurddles further down the road.

it's a company that spent years treating employees like they were disposable. talent retention took a huge hit as well as being unable to attract new talent. without a good support team, more talent leaves.

Quit changing the work schedule every hour and allow crewing if they dont like someone they will do whatever they can to cause them points or be no calls for ddl points! If your forcing employees to Work overtime! It should be posted at the beginning of the shift the day before not every 5 mins

Please see my previous answers. The management team here is a bunch of kids with little to no work experience and consistently lie, belittle, and talk poorly about other employees. There is no confidentiality between those in management positions and employees.

New flavors/products are poorly conceived. Customers often express disbelief that anyone would approve the latest flavor combo. When it inevitably fails, blame is placed on the frontline for "lack of execution."

Warehouse eqipement too old that it slows down work flow

Volume of products being pushed onto employees is overwhelming. Product cuts without an offset to plan numbers makes you want to just give up.

Management takes soul responsibility for being so crappy

Company doesn't have realistic views of the market

Cannot be improved. Frito lay only looks out for shareholders!! Greedy and selfish

Review from Sales Dept

Too much to explain it's not seen more so behind close door things going on there

Review from Operations Dept

They constantly change routes so they can pay less commissions

Review from Sales Dept

Work Life Balance is a little difficult. Unfortunately that is the nature of our business being in sales and caring for our customers 7 days a week.

Review from Sales Dept

better leadership with a new outlook

Review from Sales Dept

Job satisfaction would greatly improve with fair compensation. The work is hard. The hours are long. Breaks are encouraged, but the demands of the job and expectations of management don't reasonably allow for breaks

Review from Operations Dept

need to have more back up stock

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone needs to stop blaming one another and work to get service standards higher.

Review from Operations Dept

The people not messing up sometimes and not getting others fired

Review from Marketing Dept

Meetings and manager involvement have decreased over the years. If these things were improved then the work days would be less of a surprise
