Frito-Lay Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My supervisor is really cool. My lead is too. When you go above them things get shady and don't even bother with HR

They are always driving forward, whether it is pushing KPI's or innovating, they remove obstacles that sometimes people will never see.

genuinely seem like they care

The leadership allows you to make judgment calls that are needed for day to day business.

Be friends each other, understanding each other, help each other , being work as a team ....

They are attentive towars personal problems.

some members are really good with the leadership skills and rolls they have, while others can work on there leadership skills

They are focused and try to help

They care about their employees.

That they care about us

They’re nice and as helpful as they can

Friendly, listen to what you say

willingness to help when needed and also allows us to speak our opinions on matters to make it a group effort to ensure we are meeting pepsico standards daily.

great team i learned alot

I can always count on them. They may not have an answer right then but I'll have one before the end of day

Don't look over your shoulder.

Experience in leadership from the top

Review from Sales Dept

The freedom they leave me alone

Team work famaly honist work

Great culture & good direction

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make newly hired college kids work in the field (more than 1 month ) and then promote up. Work on being here for the emplyee instead of writing them up for a paper trail. Boost moral. Change the call out and sick day situation. Un-used should roll over, and vehicle reembersment re-worked.

Creating a better work environment for frontline employees and not treat us like we're replaceable. Have wages that keep up with the cost of living. Better quality products and lower the cost of them.

Stay out of meetings and get in the market!

Review from Sales Dept

The leadership team needs to get better at helping the front line worker instead of trying to impress their boss.

Communication is the worse out of any company I worked for. Managers can never help you with any problems you come across.

Commuincation with disability people and be open minded

Allow us to try to express ourselves and change. Listen to our issues and what we have as a solution. Stop shoving work randomly onto people without proper training.

Needs much improvement over all

I barely got any time off and there wasnt really overtime i was working 80 hour weeks and they dont care if they burn you out the only things that matter is hitting your numbers

everything. learn manners, how to respect others, listening skills, be more open minded, understand the difference between a leader and a follower. Be familiarized with employee handbook. learn that a smile/compliment can go a long way.

understanding the value of the front line team

Communication Drop the egos Be a team leader Encourage workers Pay works there benefits Stop lying to the workers Stop showing favoritism

The worst ever the hard workers get crapped on the ones that spend their time praising the resources get all the advancement

Hire more workers for help

They must work day and night

Determining routes, daily stops, etc. Way overloaded in today's environment, eg: to have 7 "dollar stores" on a single route, they need to re-evaluate that it takes a very long time to get checked into these places. They need spread out more among other routes, not all on a few

Stop hiring people that have know clue what there doing..

Being actual leaders and not just finger pointers

Being present. Actually working and not delegating ALL of their workload to their admin team, increasing the admin's already substantial workload. Appreciating their admin team.

At supervising, not letting employees get away with ignoring production needs.
