I left a company I had been with for over 30 years, needless to say this was tough decision. Making the change has had its challenges however I am so grateful I took the risk.
The autonomy that we have as branch managers
We have good insurance through a reputable company.
Helping people get into homes!
The ability to earn as much as I want
The diversity and the level of professionalism within the marketing team.
I do believe we are paid much more than our competitors
Be a Good Human - our company truly believes and lives this
Being a Good Human - I truly believe our Leadership embodies this.
Being with people I love and respect and spending the day living my passion, mortgage lending.
The people I get to spend my days with and helping people. Then of course there's the money. :-)
We are all very passionate about what we. We all know and appreciate each others strengths and the roles we each have on our team.
We all bring years of experience and knowledge and work together as a team. I feel that I can always reach out when I need something.
We all have an understanding of each others strengths and weaknesses and work together well. When a problem is presented I truly believe I work with the smartest people who can solve anything.
The culture feels very genuine. Prior to coming to work at Geneva I worked for a company that felt very political and bureaucratic. Geneva is the opposite of that which is very refresing.
I love the diversity of our company and that the branch P & L model is a very simple and easy to understand. We don't have multiple layers of management so we are able to pay our employees more.
