
A lot of teams are very collaborative and willing to lend their expertise and assistance in coming up with solutions.
Losing a sense of purpose with the company in the remote environment. Work doesn't feel satisfying, partners seem more concerned with perceptions instead of meaningful and growable solutions.
Compensation elsewhere is higher for my role, not much else to say about it. Will be leaving the company soon to seek better compensation and a more collegial environment.
Unsuccessful for a few years trying to answer this question. Don't think it will be possible. Unfortunately there's a pattern that's developed of good people leaving because of certain individuals' behavior.
Attentiveness to departments/teams that do not work on the product/sales side of the business. Supporting departments are falling behind the growth curve of the company and additional help, direction, leadership would be beneficial. May be time to review structure to support positive growth.
