Overall I like working here. The people and clients I work with make this job as fun and make me want to keep doing it. We have had some ups and downs but we have a strong team in place now that I feel can help us create a more collaborative and successful company.

Overall I enjoy what I do and I the people I work with. The overall flexibility and freedom is something many value. Overall internal communication needs improvement as well as cross department collaboration. At times it can seems like the company can't seem to get out of it's own way.

I appreciate that there is very little micromanagement. I'm able to do things the way I want without strict guidelines.

The people I get to work with. I enjoy working with many of my coworkers. I also enjoy building relationships with clients and helping them grow their companies.

My relationships with my clients. I love being able to help them and watch them grow. It's really exciting to watch a small business grow and get to say you were a part of that.

I really enjoy working with everyone on my team. We all care about each other and want the best for everyone. We all have a passion to help the client and to work smartly and efficiently.

We all try to support each other and help when help is needed. I feel like I can go to just about anyone and they would make time to help me. We care about each other and want everyone to succeed.
