It's a roller coaster. Though, it's not always all about the fun stuffs. I think it's safe to say the least that sometimes I felt overwhelmed with work. With that being said, I always took a breather and I think I deserve that because we are all just human and not a technology -WE BURNED-OUT.

What makes a leadership team at its best is that when everyone is allowed to speak what's on their mind and there is compromise.

We lift each other's morale. They are very kind. They are fun to be with. We are competitive in a healthy way. We are the BEST team!

Colleagues. They are irresistible. The companionship we have for each other somehow makes work lighter. Another thing is, company events when we have time to de-stress ourselves despite the busy schedule. We all deserve it tho.

It feels like home. It's quintessential. It's a place where you can be connected with anyone and have a strong connection with. You'll never be alone on your journey for everyone's will be at your back supporting you that you can do it!

The trust we have for each other and the respect for one's individuality. This I think makes the foundation of a great team for it will bring out the best of us. Also, compromise where there's a group consensus, supporting each other's perspectives. Lastly, we genuinely enjoy hanging out together.
