Overall my experience with the company has been good. Over the past few years it has felt a bit rocky. I think we're currently on a good path towards stability and are creating a great place to work. My coworkers have always been a highlight of the job for me. I truly enjoy working with them.

They are open and honest with us. They are willing to listening when someone has a question or suggestion. It feels like we're all working towards the same goal.

A majority of them team feels like we're all working hard to accomplish the same goal and there is mutual respect and understanding. Just about everyone is always willings to when it's needed and it feels like a collaborative environment.
