Overall a good experience, got to meet people easy to work with. Only if the salary package is competitive enough, I won't look for other opportunities outside because I love working here.

Higher compensation at par with outside competitors in the same industry. Increase non-taxable allowances or benefits. With the rising prices nowadays, best to add premium on top of the regular appraisal amount every year.
