Everyone is friendly and looks forward to joking around while getting our work done at the same time. They do not let conversations distract them enough to be a hindrance to deadlines.

LM is a massive corporation but pays under market value for employees with a 3% raise cap that does not keep up with inflation. The raises should at least match inflation and nearly all positions should receive a 10% increase in base pay. No stock/equity is included for employee compensation.
