The staff at my store is friendly. The main problem is that I am a driver and Papa John's has a driving rate of pay that is under $5 an hour in my area. They do match your in store rate of pay if you don't make that an hour w/ tips, but this eats into your tips. Soon gas prices will be over my rate.

The people that show up consistently work well together. People in my store do seem to look out for each other.

Getting a big enough tip that I know I'll actually see some of it despite my low driving pay. Interaction with some of my coworkers.

The management in my store is friendly and seems to have my best interest in mind. Above that though it doesn't seem to be the case.

Being paired a flat wage, and not having a driving rate. Benefits would be nice, but overall I just need a livable wage for my area.

The managers in my store are very positive. Training videos and things always seem to have a positive spin. The management trust their staff and knows when a customer complaint is valid and when it's unjust.

When I was hired the manager who is no longer with the company was either incompetent or very dishonest with the salary. The on the posting for the job was much higher than what I was offered then my first paycheck was lower than even that. The manager laughed at me when I said the rate posted rate
