Not much really they didnt do their due deligence as leaders.

The management in my store is friendly and seems to have my best interest in mind. Above that though it doesn't seem to be the case.

Executive Team doesn't really seem to talk to or listen to the real needs in the company when it comes to certain topics such as Diversity and Inclusion. That team seems to determine needs based solely on what they believe to be true. Not necessarily what IS true.

They need to realize the needs of the employees. I have worked there for over 3 years with not a single raise, i still make $5 an hour. Three Christmases have passed and not one single Christmas bonus. They do not care that we can't survive on such little pay. PA needs to raise min wage to help us
