I worked at a different store for an extended amount of time ( not transferred). The other manager who had years less employment made more than I did. We were the same position.
If we were paid about the same if not better then the mcdonalds staff just a few feet from us.
Better pay and better benefits
Keep children out of food prep area giving instruct ions to staff. Make sure everyone is working and the work is split fairly.
my cowokers i love so much because no matter how much are gm degrades all of us we all work hard and are there for eachother the onl reason i havent left are because of my coworkers if they werent there theres no possible way i would stay there dealing with that gm

The regular crew workers are great same with most of the driver's , they are the only reason I still work here literally. Only a few managers are good. The rest of the managers are serious lacking.

The managers in my store are very positive. Training videos and things always seem to have a positive spin. The management trust their staff and knows when a customer complaint is valid and when it's unjust.
I have no idea. The GMS don't feel they are fairly compensated so they do minimal work

we tell them what hours we can work they need to be accommodating. My whole family works here and they have all of us on different schedules and we never get to see each other. It is messing up my family. How would you feel never seeing your family? And I am the only one who can drive.

When I was hired the manager who is no longer with the company was either incompetent or very dishonest with the salary. The on the posting for the job was much higher than what I was offered then my first paycheck was lower than even that. The manager laughed at me when I said the rate posted rate

Almost nothing makes me happy anymore. I door dash an order and drivers want to cuss at me. I don't doordash an order and management is angry. I feel like we are the only store doing a full inventory count and nobody else is held accountable. I don't feel rewarded for doing a great job.

Improvement I don't think is possible such a negative atmosphere.
They need to be sued and fined for daily breaking tipped wage earners laws and for forcing employees to claim tips not earned.
