The people are nice to each other
The managers in my store are very positive. Training videos and things always seem to have a positive spin. The management trust their staff and knows when a customer complaint is valid and when it's unjust.
We are a team first and foremost.
My direct team is the positive. Outside that, I don't like to interact with people. Most are very negative.
All the team memebers make it feel like a team effort but the managers make it hard for me to keep working there

To be honest, there is nothing positive. After 10 years I make less than minimum wage. Ten years ago I made $1.50 more per hour than minimum wage.

New employees and new manager
we tell them what hours we can work they need to be accommodating. My whole family works here and they have all of us on different schedules and we never get to see each other. It is messing up my family. How would you feel never seeing your family? And I am the only one who can drive.
