What are some of the best things about your team?
my cowokers i love so much because no matter how much are gm degrades all of us we all work hard and are there for eachother the onl reason i havent left are because of my coworkers if they werent there theres no possible way i would stay there dealing with that gm

Friendly hard working service person
The regular crew workers are great same with most of the driver's , they are the only reason I still work here literally. Only a few managers are good. The rest of the managers are serious lacking.
They are good people to work with
It is a good thing.
The people that show up consistently work well together. People in my store do seem to look out for each other.
My direct team is an amazing group of talented people. Outside of that team, I often wonder how that person got their job. So many seem completely oblivious to what the company needs.
My old team worked better this new thibg going on because of district manager loves our new manager

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the gossiping and actually doing the job they are being paid to do so.
Work on their communication skills
No one has a positive attitude everyone is so unhappy and all they do is complain while putting the work on the couple that do work.
Less name calling, less cussing and less degrading others to improve ones self worth
Team work everyone is doing their own thing
They need to care about their employees
Wear a mask, wear it properly and stop vaping in the office.

My coworkers don't care about their jobs because we are payed so low and are treated bad. Once min wage is raised and we make a liveable wage coworkers will like their jobs more and work harder. Papa Johns will never give a raise or raise anyone's wage we are counting on PA to raise min wage
