Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to work at all the positions in the store for minimum wage it’s too stressful and too much work for 7,25 an hour

In essence, GMs are expected to make barely $10 per hour while managing entire operations and overseeing human resources and being on-call 24-7. That's asking too much of anyone for extremely too little pay.

Having a more serious interview process, for any and all positions. Nothing for only 5 minutes and nothing without explaining expectations clearly prior to considering offering employment.
