Coworkers aren't trained enough and aren't driven enough to help the company succeed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Positive people interactions from the top down. Opportunities for all to grow from the bottom up. Flexible store goals and team support from all sides.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Having a more serious interview process, for any and all positions. Nothing for only 5 minutes and nothing without explaining expectations clearly prior to considering offering employment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overall, the company has lost it's sparkle. It's individuality. It's sustainable energy. It just exists. It can only be improved with a structural overhaul.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In essence, GMs are expected to make barely $10 per hour while managing entire operations and overseeing human resources and being on-call 24-7. That's asking too much of anyone for extremely too little pay.
