Leadership is flexible with work from home policy.
Right now it's WFH on Fridays for seasoned employees.

Most of my team was in SF but the 2 people down in Sherman Oaks were fantastic at helping me.

Soft skills, Salesforce understanding, ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box, ability to understand and learn software quickly, knowledge of telephony or previous experience with Twilio.

People that fit our culture and show that they are able to do or learn their job well.

The hierarchy is flat. If you take the initiative, there are individual development opportunities but it's informal.
What's the office vibe like at Revenue.io?
Fun, energetic but quiet when you need it to be due to large number of closed offices.
What are the team outings like at Revenue.io?
Fun, food and drinks. Laser tag and go-carting have been typical outings. All-hands offsites and team lunches and dinners happen, too.

Nothing..there have been no real surprises.

Shared open space in San Francisco with private office, too. LA has mix of closed offices which some employees share together.
