Digicel: The environment can be stressful and the work load is heavy but there are many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
Starbucks: Obviously the coffee but it goes way beyond that. Everything, the people, the smiles, the service. My husband and I frequent Starbucks and we know the entire staff. They are like family. We have a family as well and they know all our boys. I love it.
Rent-A-Center: GET RID OF THE DECISION ENGINE. Personal experience with the customers in our city and instinct could've prevented a few 70+ day late accounts, instead, the decision engine approved them and we never saw the merchandise again.

Nucor Corporation: Leaving the medical field after 15 years and coming to a steel mill as a woman was a big change. I could not be happier. The company is great and the people are even more amazing. I feel blessed to be a part of the Nucor family.

ADP: There have been rough patches but overall I feel supported and like I have a future here. My only wish is that we had a better childcare program to offset the costs, especially since we have returned to the office. Inflation is at an all time high and this would really put us over the top.
ADP: I am a former ADP client turned Associate. I had always wanted to work for ADP. I sent my resume to ADP just about every month for over 10 years and never got a response, but luckily a HeadHunter found me and got me the interview and 7 years later. I am very thankful to be here.
