TaskUs: TU really made sure we are safe when Covid19 hits. I am happy with how the management team handled it. They made sure they check on us. I will really appreciate it if we can be guided properly with our performance.
TaskUs: Task Us in general is a friendly non toxic company especially the staffs who are home grown and has been with the company from the start. I'ts a different story if I will be giving feed back regarding the specific LOB.
TaskUs: So far TaskUs has been good.but hopefully as prices of most of the things goes up. I hope our salary goes up aswell

TaskUs: Dissatisfied with the service, Our operations (chariot) promised us to provide Overtime incentives from July - sept. And we complied with that however up until now we havent received the fruits of our labor. I will talk to DOLE soon if this wont be fixed

TaskUs: TaskUs is best for a teammate role but worst for leader roles. Management is too focused on front liner's mental health and forgetting that leaders should also be checked in and considered specially that they are the ones who are more stressed and have more responsibility.
TaskUs: It looks pretty promising so far albeit my workplace travel is a tad too long. I'm hoping to get certified asap so that I can opt into slightly more complicated responsibilities

TaskUs: bad when it comes to suspensions, it's very easy get suspended even when it is not something you can control we are offered rest/sick days, but rarely we can take them, permission to use them is hard, so it's not great given that the pay is not at par with other centers

TaskUs: Overall, my experience with TaskUs has been negative. Communication from management is usually either nonexistent, or it's incredibly ineffective. I often don't even feel respected as an equal human by most members of management, there's a rampant culture of superiority amongst "leaders".
