ADP: I enjoy the work I do. I appreciate a lot of things about the company. I believe our function is understaffed. There are other things the company does (committees, etc) that I would love to participate in but am unable to because of time limitations.
Walmart: Reliability and price with good customer service

ADP: When first accepting the job, I thought I knew what I was in for and quickly found out it was not! However, the challenges and people along the way have kept me here. My manager is THEE best manager I've ever worked with and she truly is the top reason why I never walked away.
Ascension: Was a great company 5 years ago. Has slipped more recently. Leadership has changed and company didn't handle pandemic all that well. Lost trust (and cash and employees) from vaccine requirements.

The GEO Group: I see alot of staff that have fallen complacent in their duties. Alot of staff that are unnecessarily antagonistic towards inmates. I hope that by staying positive, alert, and always doing the right thing I can make a difference.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: The actual work-calling on customers for New Business is tough and at times discouraging. But, the competitive team spirit and comradery makes it so much easier. We all celebrate each other for large and small wins and cheer each other on when someone is struggling. That's what makes it worth it.
ADP: After working for various groups at ADP for 17 years, its the group that makes all the difference in your daily work life. Some groups have poor management that points fingers instead of supporting everyone (not just the favorites) on their team. Choose your group carefully.
ADP: ADP has been an amazing opportunity in every position that I have held! I continue to learn, grow, and be lead! I continue to make needed improvements to ensure a sustainable future.

ADP: We believe in excellence, but we don't break employees to get there. ADP respects that the human comes before the human capital.
ADP: ADP provides great opportunities, but there are barriers faced by virtual associates. The benefits are great, my team is great, most of my managers over the last 15 years have been great. Many offices have closed and some employees were hired as remote employees and now cannot advance to new roles.
GXO Logistics: My experience working here has been positive so far. My line manager is great and I feel appreciated for the work I do. I would like to progress at a faster rate than what I am doing but roles cannot just be created without a purpose.
Sam's Club: Healthcare is not bad and optical is cheap
Ascension: I truly believe in our mission, but struggle in seeing the split between what executive leadership thinks happen/seeing the reality at bedside. It is two different worlds.
ADP: When coming to work for ADP, I was told we grew our internal talent and it's proven to be that. It's been incredible to have been able to experience and lead in as many functions as I have been while at ADP given its span across markets. While no business is perfect, ADP really strives to be.

ADP: Starting a new position is never easy, I have been provided copious training, an amazing caring mentor and been placed in a great team. Technology has been challenging, and as frustrating as that has gotten at times the team all chips in to help overcome those challenges.
Hobby Lobby: First...the registers must be changed to scan items instead of putting everything in by hand and memory. Everything would move smoother and quicker. The biggest complaints are about how slowly the lines move. Also better organization on product in the warehouse and on the floor. Too much.
ADP: Great place to do meaningful work to make an impact in the world around us and grow with the company.
ADP: At ADP I've been afforded amazing opportunities to grow and develop my skills, and made some lifelong friends along the way. When I've needed flexibility, it's been there and I appreciate that, and work extra hard accordingly.

ADP: After 4 years in MS service, I was able to progress to a position of functional consultant. I hope to be able to apply for a project manager or manager position in the coming months.

ADP: Started at the midst of the pandemic. Never thought I would be the person to learn a new job working from home, but ADP / my team made it easy to acclimate to the culture & role and for that I thank them.
ADP: ADP is a great company to work for. I greatly appreciate the hybrid schedule, as it allows for a better work/life balance. The base pay could be better in today's economy, however the commission structure is excellent. My VP and SE are very open to employees' thoughts and input, and make work fun.
ADP: Workload is generally reasonable. Not sure we always place the right bets, but there is alignment on where we do so things move forward. Vacation time and parental leave policies are poor though.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: As a new employee, I am having a good experience. I think the hiring process has room for improvement.
AutoZone: Willing to work with me, teach and train me.
TaskUs: As of the moment the inflation rate is so high but the salary remains the same. I think it's best to increase the salary base as well on the cost of living nowadays. I think the compensation is not competitive compared to other BPO companies.
Marriott: Consistency of service and product
Foundever: Overall experience at my company is I started from 0 not knowing how to use our tools or what to expect for my future with the company, but I have noticed there is always great opportunities available to grow with the company and am satisfied with my overall experience outcome.
Boston Consulting Group: always challenged, very demanding hours, but coworkers are amazing, some clients are great, the work is incredibly interesting

TaskUs: Not satisfied maybe? why? ill begin with Avega Affiliation needs to be accurate 100% Its already 6 months until now did not recieve our reimbursement for my 1 year old daughter who undergo surgery. 2nd would be the elevators always breaks down 1 or 2 elevators doesnt work. 3rd the Free food

TaskUs: This is the longest BPO company I've ever been to. We were never pressured by our numbers, they give updates and and suggestions that are easy to follow. Give incentives most of the times. Stress with your client's issue is easily overcome for the answers are given readily.

GXO Logistics: in a year I can say, my experience was positive for the first 6 months. after the 6 months, has been somehow challenging, and even though i have been stabbed in the back by co-workers, the company always offered help to solve the issue and keep my job

GXO Logistics: generally. good position in a great industry with a mostly solid strategy to grow. If we could figure out how to better attract, retain and reward good talent and have leaders who communicate and hold their DRs accountable, we could be so much better

GXO Logistics: I have so far loved working here at GXO - there is a huge gap between corporate GXO and the staff on the shopp floor and I think there needs to be more done to enage, respect and value our non wired staff as they keep us afloat

TaskUs: I joined this organization as a front liner (Teammate) and after working religiously for a year I have been promoted as a Team Leader. The experience was as a teammate was awesome and now after being promoted I am more focused on my next level. Overall experience here till now is awesome.

GXO Logistics: Overall good and would recommend, showing abilities can sometimes be detramental as you can get stuck in a role that is beneath your abilities. Would benefit progression even in roles within fixed role structure otherwise eventually people will move on if can't see a way out/up.
TaskUs: I've been with Task Us since the 2019 and other than my final written warnings i can say everything is fine overall.

TaskUs: It´s a good place to work to but I highly suggest that you also provide a shuttle service for teammates residing in mabalacat. It´s a huge hassle to only have a shuttle in balibag
TaskUs: TaskUs nurtures employees to practice excellence in a good culture. The #PeopleFirst is already a given for the company but what outshines that is the firsthand experience in building good relationships with other teams. For me, TaskUs is by far the best company that I've ever been to.

The lack of psychological safety, on some teams, because done senior leaders feel embolden to bully and condescend to their subordinates, because they know the firm will fo nothing, if they are perceived to be delivering.
