The GEO Group: When started the process was interesting as there was a lack of actual action to help staff, however the expectations of staff was still high as if training was really happening. When upper leadership needed help those above did nothing to help as if it was not their problems.

Employees that came over from XPO are carrying new GXO employees and do not receive recognition or compensation for the extra work and time they give. Turnover is high and needs to be address by supporting existing staff.

GXO Logistics: Communication does not get relayed. Executive team makes all the decisions but we cant ask questions or share our ideas. Underpaid for the work that is done, too much competition out there.

Boston Consulting Group: In many ways my experience is great. In other ways it is frustrating. My day-to-day experiences are good. However, I see others of similar skillset with less knowledge and experience advance faster simply because of the team/LOB/CDC that promotes faster or because their CDA is an MDP.
Boston Consulting Group: I believe in the company, but not in my direct line manager or the local leadership in our office. They lack compassion and empathy for people who have life experiences that differ from their own. It doesn't help that our head of HR and office lead are both not married and neither have children.

Compensation is well off the mark for may positions (supervisor) making programs like grow at GXO minimally successful. HR and support depts do not move at the speed and agility as ops.

Company puts our goals with the promise of resourcing our teams, then out a hold on it for 4 months. The goal is still expected to be achieved
GXO Logistics: Overall my experience has been positive. There are things that can be improved. In my opinion, the improvement needs to be at the site level. Accomplishments and Achievements need to be recognized not only from a team perspective, but also as an individual.
