TaskUs: I love the idea of TaskUs but I feel like it's more talk than walk. I have been given training to grow but the opportunities are far and few. The company wants to be front line first but that feels like it's mainly for TMs, who work very hard and deserve it, but higher ups need benefits and raises.
GXO Logistics: Chaotic, unsupported, and isolated for the past year. There was a lot of shuffling around in management and lack of mentorship and resources/feedback for me personally to feel successful. Despite that, it pushed me to become resilient, self sufficient, and I became a valued team member to the site.

Felt discriminated against for having dyslexia. Now we are being laid off at the end of the year after being promised it wouldn't happen.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Working part time is very difficult for me - it is like having two days annual leave every week. On my return to work, I find my inbox very full of previous days e-mails. I have a lot of meetings too which makes it hard to actually do the work.

GXO Logistics: Very bad payroll system, poor training or no training. Comparing of what system are used the training provided is not enough and most of the time you have to self-train by doing mistakes. Salaries are lower comparing with the same job position in other companies.
GXO Logistics: i'm approach 12 years, the company has continuously grown, which means there has been opportunity to grow. The company at times though leave contracts short on leadership and supp functions in order to keep customer costs lower which places a lot of pressure to make operation effective and efficient

GXO Logistics: Very poor, local teams are good but the lack of continuity as an overall business is shocking, our internal policies and processes are unclear and unnecessarily complex.
TaskUs: company is perfect, however lacking of Leadership is there. Leader do not come to office on time and come once in a week. So there is no coordination and discussion between the Team.
