savers: My favorite location is the La Mirada, CA, store. It is always clean and has a good rotation of items so I rarely see the same stuff. Customer service is as expected in any retail establishment.

IBM: Opportunities abound to take on side projects while still having very good work life balance, but innovation is stagnant. Core projects I'm assigned can be quite mundane...compensation is primary driver of me staying in role.
IBM: IBM Cloud has taken on a big mission, is committed long-term, is building the right things, needs to bring the quality of engineering staff up, is too dependent on junior developers and distant contractors to make critical systems.
IBM: Ive been with INM for 47 years. During that time ive had exceptional managers who challegned me and cared about me as a human being. I take great pride in what IBM does for the world.

GE Vernova: Flexible, decent workplace mostly. Despite all the official principles GE tries to find ways to bend the rules when money is on the line. Too much spending on the wrong things. Constantly being short staffed while having more people would prevent lots of losses due to errors and help avoid costs.

IBM: I love the people, my manager, my work and the learning that I'm doing every day. I am a bit annoyed and disheartened by the recent mandate to physically be in the office. And deeply disheartened by the mandate to rate 10% of the people in the needs improvement category.
IBM: We have recently changed organizations which has made it very challenging. This organization operates much differently than previous organization and it has been difficult to get clear and accurate guidance.

IBM: IBM has been a wonderful place for my career. I started working here right after college and have been promoted four times. I took 6 months off after my daughter was born and then went part-time when she was diagnosed with autism and IBM helped me through those tough times by offering flexibility.
Concentrix: I have been able to bring my authentic self to work since day one. If I have an idea I have been able to bring that to life. I can learn, grow and develop and I have a number of different paths that I could go down development wise. I have been nurtured and supported by all of my managers.
IBM: I still can't believe I've been here over 20+ years. It's been a great company to work for, and I'm proud to say I bleed blue for IBM.

GE Vernova: Will take advantage if you allow. Work life balance is talked about at every meeting- however expectations to get 60hr+ work done each week is also there. The same reliable / hardworking resources getting burnt out. outside of resigning or having external offer no real actions to retain key talent
