TP: Has been a great journey, working within different industries and top brands. Also learning every day from a great team in Portugal and the global teams around the world.
TP: I've been with TP for a little more than a year. Overall good experience. I had very little expectations when it comes to onboarding of directors, but for TP, it far exceeded my expectations. I reco to review CCMS process, the red tape there is bad. talent development needs to be improved too.
TP: All good except we don't pay as per market standards

Workday: It's a great company in propaganda & in benefits. However it's often better in propaganda than in benefits. I'd like to see much more flexibility in terms of working hours and location. Also a better culture in compensation & promotions.

Dell Technologies: Very talented people; company is very helpful with regards to individual needs for family or other personal special cases, being flexible with time off or special accommodations.
General Motors: The pay is above average for the industry but lagging in certain sectors and niches within other industries.
TP: It is great. This company provides good benefits and starting salary package.
7-Eleven: I am under valued for my hard work and dedication to this job. I went above and beyond as to work on crutches. That injury was caused from working over 18 hours in one day.

Workday: I have enjoyed my time at workday. theres plenty of opportunity and resources available to pave my path of success. However, it is challenging to move to other parts of the business due to geographic regions, especially if you want a job change within Workday.

The company says unlimited PTO and 6 floating holidays but that isn't reality. I am also astounded how management berates employees in meetings

Southwest Airlines: Their hospitality and above average customer service. We have never had a bad experience. Even when things are out of their control (flight delays or cancellations) they do whst they can to make it right.
Circle K: Negotiations and contracts made with suppliers don't always seem in the best interest of the store, which is not in the customer's best interest. Required supplies and stock are often unavailable when ordered or too much of things we don't need are sent taking up crucial space and then expiring.

UCHealth: My manager and ANM are approachable and easy to talk to, they go the extra mile to help the team succeed, and care about their unit.

ADP: I really like the company values and culture, that is what initially caused me to turn down other offers to work here. I like the emphasis on W/L Balance, clarity of how many hours you have, I like the portal/workspace for all of the information that I might not be able to find WFH
