The Home Depot: major appliances delivery process when customer encounters a problem
Flowserve: After 22 years in Aviation, I was unsure I was going to be able to find, a second career. I found one with Flowserve and I couldn't be happier.
Humana: Good opportunity, I have a great manager. There is an emphasis on associate experience as well as genuine attempts to be inclusive. On negative side, they reorg entirely too often and there are regular RIFs including an annual Christmas surprise. These two issues cause a lot of stress.
TP: This company is very accommodating with newbies, they welcome them as part of the TP family and trained them well so they will become the best agents they can be. I am so much grateful that I given the chance to be part of the TP
Workday: Workday is a company that lives their core values.
Meijer: Seeing everyone greet their customers with a smile and caring about each individual guest.
Globant: the internet tax, the remote work option, my insurance health, some agreements they have with other companies such as banks.
Flowserve: Overall, my experience has been positive. Not everything is perfect, nothing ever is, but I can't complain
