IBM: Aside from a brief blip last year where I was burned out, and that constant restructuring, I have very positive memories of my time at IBM. Opportunities to travel, meet my colleagues around the world, start new business areas, deliver results that make an impact is really wonderful.
IBM: I have been here a long time and it is a good company to work for however I have never worked elsewhere.
Concentrix: It's wonderfull, really. You have your own responsibilities and tasks and you work to ensure the goals of the company.
Aetna: Management is totally detached. They leave you to fend for yourself. Poor training and work applications barely work. This makes it super hard to do your job and keep up with the large amount of overwhelming calls. To much work and the pay does not substantiate the overload of task.
