Everybody is a problem solver and has each others backs.

Most people at my branch still have the customers best interest at heart.

I feel that My pay is very competitive for the position I am in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When they removed human centered from the vision of the company you could definitely tell that being human centered was no longer important.
