getting complex issues resolved that I know others could not have or would have taken more time or resources to do, seeing colleagues develop, building relationships , learning about places and people
need to change culture from insane quarterly churn and Q4 madness to a more sustainable and leveled workload. this puts unnecessary periodic strain on multiple departments and burns people out, causing high attrition. need more support for mental health not just lip service
the responsibilities and expectations are not on par with the salary. am in regular contact with 50 + previous colleagues in similar level positions at other multinational companies, all of them have lower workloads than they had with GE and get paid more
