Most of the leaders look to communicate with transparency, however during difficult times, the communication looks to be hermetic, and having this for a long time, causes lot of uncertainty with our employees, so I would like that the transparent communication can stay no matter how difficult it is

I am tasked with overseeing multiple work streams, and the proposed solution is to bring in additional contractors, who often create more problems than they resolve.

my task is way beyond of my scope and compare in the market so i feel my wage is not paid fairly however i am very satisfied with my compensation and benefit that allow me to care my family and my health
