I like the fact that they are looking to provide the best outcomes for the company, however, in some cases there are restrictions led by financial targets that makes not to be able to work to build the proper solutions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is bad here. Lots of secrets about staffing. Upper management is demanding AI usage, but unwilling to pay for it where it is needed. Tools not supplied that are needed for work. Compliance and change teams have taken over processes and do more to block progress thru restrictions.

Not one single thing - I appreciate total pay (salary + bonus), health insurance, the ability to work remotely, and the ability to work a somewhat flexible schedule (taking a couple hours off during the day for an appointment and catching up on work later, for example).

I don't feel HR (who i think provide the guidance) have their finger on the pulse with regards to market rate for certain roles. It takes a resignation to provide a wake up call.

Better recognition for efforts. Less forcing all work to contractors or India. Use of proper tools and processes already in place versus the constant direct teams chats to people.

What makes you most happy at work?
If I could have a planned day that would give me order. These days is very frequently that I get calls scheduled with me before the time I normally came online or while I'm driving to the office, so if I don't catch them when I wake up, I miss the calls and also causes a lot of conflicts.
