The culture is focused on finding solutions to problems and using facts/data to make good informed decisions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When communicating the company's and departmental priorities and challenges, they are clear and transparent. They all seem empathetic to the employees.

My team members are very smart/knowledgeable, focused on the team's success, willing to help each other with work & answer questions, and share a sense of humor.

They drive a culture that emphasizes doing what's best for the company while understanding and being empathetic to the challenges that each of us face on a day-to-day basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not one single thing - I appreciate total pay (salary + bonus), health insurance, the ability to work remotely, and the ability to work a somewhat flexible schedule (taking a couple hours off during the day for an appointment and catching up on work later, for example).
