What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actions aren't matching our words. We renamed our company (Vernova) to give the impression that we are leaders in the energy transition, but our actions don't reflect that. We are a very slow follower, especially in the gas business, when it comes to transitioning to reduce carbon emissions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
third parties regularly offer higher salary and benefits. we loose seasoned employees to those third parties on a regular basis. retaining key employees, staffing at appropriate levels in necessary positions vs broad brush saying there are too many people and then not backfilling/hiring key people

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Benefits package has been in decline for years. The gradual breaking up of the company is terrible for moral and is a clear sign to our customers that the company is in significant decline. This final spin to 3 separate companies will be the final nail in the coffin, so to speak.

The company break-up is clearly the last step in a decade long period of decline for GE, despite our attempts to spin it as positive. We are not taking a public leadership role in the energy transition. For the future of GE Power to be positive, we need to be dramatically more aggressive here

The lack of news, transparency and don't see yourself anywhere in the next future creates anxiety. Employees in the high management level ask you for patience however they are the first to leave. Solution would be more transparency in general.

ONW specifically is implementing an in-office work policy and eliminating remote work, which will greatly hurt work life balance and put a strain on recruiting top talent.
