overall positive work environment with promising prospects for the future and growth opportunities. I dont think the decisions being made on supply chain and headcount are positioning us for growth. we rely on heroic efforts from parts of the organization to make up for short comings in others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
third parties regularly offer higher salary and benefits. we loose seasoned employees to those third parties on a regular basis. retaining key employees, staffing at appropriate levels in necessary positions vs broad brush saying there are too many people and then not backfilling/hiring key people
