I am below bellow market and responsibilities increased. There was never a talk about increase of responsibility and the recognition of my load of work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lean is not explained well in its application to bespoke processes, nor modelled by the C-Suite at group level. They tend to try to manage outcomes through various direct and indirect channels, and don't apply standard work to C-Suite deal based activities.
