The lack of nuclear management in the nuclear company is very concerning. This isn't a gas power business. This impacts credibility in the industry, it calls into question decisions related to nuclear safety, and it makes us open for regulatory issues and findings.

Our health care is the most expensive and covers the least from any company I have worked at. More work is given to each manager such as getting rid of the HR help and now putting in on the managers. It takes a manager 10x as long to do the basic things in Workday, like post a new role.

I am a women and I don't feel that I am paid like the men in this business and have been looked over many times, I feel due to my sex. Our health care is horrible it is basicly major medical and you pay according to what you make so you get a raise you pay more.

COVID was a huge challenge for GP in '20 & required all members of the GP team to go above and beyond for our customers (with no salary action). In 2021 our CEO explained that salary actions in late Summer would be based on performance ... instead raises were based on employee position in pay band

Stop letting people go not back filling and making others pick up the slack, we have no worklife balace and its getting worse, actually make lean work instead of spending the money and going thru the motions. If we put money in the tools we use we could be more efficiant.

Management are not working on technical problems, the company need to invest on quality. Work load is vey high per person, management need to ensure fair distribution of work load. No pension plan in some companies . The pension plan to be applied in all companies.
