I would appreciate country specific inflation rates when it comes to compensation. Sadly not all the countries are on the same level with the salary base and benefits, inflation rates also differ so even if on a global level it might seem like a fair compensation, locally might not be enough.

Focus on EEs vs focus on stockholders. Less change. Play with the team we have vs continuous and continual reductions in team members. Pay higher than the lowest in the industry. Try to lead in pay and compensation vs trailing.

The fact that I was interviewed by 3 different panels across 3 different continents showed me the scale of the Company and the importance of what I was interviewing for.

Working totally remote after a few years, it's getting started to be in a routine

Stop the reorganizations, believe in human value rather than investors, and do not overlook the expertise of each individual. With all these restructuring efforts, GE is losing the value of expertise and the history of employees who have been here for a long time, and that is a shame
