Currently, I feel that I am working a bit more than I would ideally like, though I am still able to maintain a good work-life balance. I do, however, feel the need for a more robust team so that we can focus on succession planning within my area.

The way they are focused in the results and in how connect the team to reach them. They shape the vision with transparency and are supportive during the thought process and/or change management.
